Peppa's Party Package comes with 2 slices of cheese pizza per person (kids and adults) but if you anticipate extra hungry little ones, additional pizza can be pre-ordered before you complete your online reservation. Perfect for extra-hungry guests at birthday events.

·       Payment is taken at the time of booking in order to reserve your party package, date, and time.

·       Birthday Contract must be completed and returned 10 days prior to you party.

·       Birthday parents must be present and check-in before any guests are allowed into the attraction. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the party time.

·       You will be greeted by a party host that will assist you with purchasing any extra guests, grabbing your parties' wristbands, and providing the time to meet back in the diner.

·       Additional guests can be added on the day of the party during check-in.

·       Our party space can accommodate up to 25 guests maximum. If you exceed this limit, some of your guests will have to remain outside of the party space.

·       There is no re-entry for party guests.

·       Birthday hosts will assist parents taking items to their car and can re-enter to enjoy the rest of their visit.

·       Store-Bought Cake or Cupcakes can be brought into the party space, but no other food or beverages are permitted.

·       Additional food and drinks can be purchased at Miss Rabbit’s Diner. (Food orders during party space reservation time do not grant extra time in the party space.)

·       All guests need to have a purchased ticket.

·       Party admission rate is the same for adults and children.

·       Each paid party guest will receive everything included in the package.

• We recommend having the majority of your group gathered together prior to checking in with guest services.
• If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate your party in the time remaining, but we cannot extend your time in the private space past the 90-minute allotted.
• If some of your guests arrive late, one of our party hosts will do their best to escort all late guests to the party space.

·       Guest List: We ask all party parents to fill out a guest list to assist with our check-in process. Make sure everyone’s name is on the list who is coming to the party, this includes yourselves and the birthday child. If there are additional guests not on the list, and the space is not at capacity, they will need to purchase their ticket in Guest Services.

·       Order Confirmation: Please bring your email confirmation of your order, either printed or you can present this on your mobile device.

• Yes, but all children must be accompanied by an adult and always supervised (1 adult per every 5 children).
• Drop-offs may take place in front of the attraction under the rainbow!
• Birthday Parents are responsible for communicating this to their guests.

·       Unfortunately, Birthday Parties are non-refundable. However, we can change the party date to another date that is within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Contact us with your name and confirmation number (located on your party confirmation).
